Use a Funded Proposal to Stay In Profit With Your MLM

I want to share with you a principle that has been around for a while, but most new online entrepreneurs don't know about it, or aren't using it in their business.
In order to stay in business, you have to get people to join your MLM. Obviously, you need a certain number of leads before one of them will join your business.
For new marketers, it is a race between getting people to join their business and running out of money. If it takes too long to sponsor somebody, they might not have enough money to pay monthly fees in their MLM or for marketing tools like pay-per-click.
However, what if you could get people to pay you before they even look at your primary? All of a sudden, you’ve just solved one of the biggest problems in network marketing.
You could be in profit even before anyone looks at your primary company. For example, I make about $200 per 100 leads, and those people haven't even seen my business opportunity!
Would this change your online business? Let's talk about how you can do this. First of all, on your capture page make sure that you offer something that is something of value that they don't have to pay for. Something like Facebook training, or article marketing training. This gives your people more incentive to opt-in.
Once they sign in, you give them your offer you promoted, and then offer something that is cheap like 20 to 40 bucks. It can be some product that you made, or an affiliate product. My favorite tool to use is "Magnetic Sponsoring" by Mike Dillard because it has the highest conversion rate out of all my products I promote. Mike Dillard coined the phrase of self liquidating offer to describe a funded proposal.
This product that you promote needs to be generic that all network marketers can use, whether it be a tool or training, just something generic.
So let’s say you spent $100 to generate 100 leads. If you can sell them a $25 product and 4 buy it, you come out even. Most people make a profit off of their leads.
It’s such a simple idea, and it is called a funded proposal. It allows you to stay in business while you are still trying to generate enough leads to build your MLM downline. It is just one part of your sales funnel that you need to have in place in order to stay in business. I'll talk more about a sales funnel later. :)
